We are losing our battle to maintain vibrant a health. Actually, not just losing, we are crumbling.

It’s becoming evident that western traditional medicine is not the solution to our problems. In fact, prescription drugs and the modern lifestyle never have been the solution.

The only problem is most of us don’t know that there’s another way…

So, stop for a moment.

Imagine you’re a little overweight or a little unhappy or have tense relationships. If you keep covering the symptoms and doing nothing, will things get better in the future?

If you change nothing, imagine where you will be 1 year from now or 10 years from now. Odds are, things will not be better, in fact for most people they will be only worse.

And that’s why we are struggling… Because we keep covering the symptoms and doing nothing to change our lifestyle. But in the long-term this is not sustainable.

Healing from the inside is completely different. It’s true deep healing. It’s NOT just covering symptoms and pretending they’re not there anymore.

So, getting rid of annoying chronic problems is possible. You just need the right information. And then you can take your life back. In fact, you can live your best life!

We have to analyze the root cause of the diseases; the “whole person” should be focused on, not just the disease itself.

We need a different way of thinking; we need something that the mainstream media are not telling us.

While we can’t change our DNA, we can alter how it expresses itself.

External signals like nutrition, environment in which we live, thoughts, emotions, can influence regulatory proteins that determine how and even whether DNA gets expressed in certain ways.

In other words, we are not victims of our genes. We are masters of our own destiny.

It Took Me 8 Years To Put All The Pieces Together…

Hi, I’m Fabrizio Fusco and, in my twenties, my emotional & physical health was quickly degenerating.

I used to keep my pain inside, masking it with junk food and alcohol.

Until I hit rock bottom.

After a day of heavy drinking, alone in a park, I lost consciousness. I don’t remember absolutely anything of what happened in the next 6 hours.

I only know one thing: somehow, I woke up in a hospital emergency room. I was ashamed and escaped as soon as I regained consciousness.

It became obvious that something had to change. I didn’t want to continue on my self-destructive path.

Life is precious… But I had to feel it was authentic, fulfilling, meaningful.

It was not easy but the decision was taken. I wanted to heal my health & life.

After 8 years or research, failures, testing, struggles, I did it… I finally figured out the solution… And, suddenly, things started to work really well.

Since then, I lost 35 Kg and I found more energy & vitality than ever.

I started loving my life again because I was not ashamed of who I was anymore.

Also, I felt so alive and vibrant that I went from zero to running a 42Km marathon.

If this is not a complete transformation, I don’t know what it is!

But I wanted something more

I wanted to teach people everything I knew about living a healthy and fulfilling life.

I wanted to explain the real cause of chronic diseases, the healing power of nutrition and the power of natural supplements…

And also, I wanted people to know why we struggle with self-sabotaging behaviours and how to follow the path to self-love, personal freedom and inner peace.

And so I did it… And I transformed the life of many other people as well.

The Steps To Heal Your Body & Life

If you really want to heal your body & life you need to stop covering symptoms and start caring for yourself.

You need to address the following areas:

1. Nutrition & Supplements

If you want to sustain a healthy life, then one thing is really important: you need to eat nutrient dense foods. And this lifestyle change must last your entire life, not a crush diet of a few weeks or months.

Most of the stuff available on grocery store shelves or restaurant menus can hardly be called food.

Everything is processed and industrialized; they give us the calories we need to barely survive, but not the nutrients we need to be healthy.

It is clear that the solution is only one: stop eating anything that is not in its natural state. Stop eating any food that contains more than a single ingredient. This is a Healing Diet because it’s what we are meant to eat. It’s not artificial.

If you eat only whole foods – by definition – you remove the processing, the industrialization, and the dangerous food additives.

Remember, food is your best medicine! Whole foods are naturally packaged with a vast array of nutrients that work synergistically to optimize your health.

They reduce inflammation, boost detoxification, balance hormones, and provide powerful antioxidant protection—all things that repair the underlying causes of chronic disease.

2. Emotional Health

When we become adults, we think that our childhood has ended, but that’s not the way it is.

Our child self remains alive within us. Perceptions and beliefs remain stored in the unconscious mind. And this affects the way we think, feel, and act as adult beings.

There are many techniques to keep a strong emotional health. However, one of the most important is to not take things personally.

Imagine you speak with the same person in two different situations.

In the first scenario, the person had an awesome day, plenty of sleep, a fulfilling job, nothing to worry about.

How do you think that person will treat you? Pretty well, uh?

Now, same person but different scenario. This time, she didn’t sleep well, lost her job, got in car accident and every annoying situation that could happen, happened.

How do you think she’s going to treat you this time? Probably very differently from first scenario.

Nothing about you changed in both scenarios but you have been treated in different ways. That’s why if we take things personally we’re in trouble.

We should never base our opinion of ourselves on how other people treat us. It’s not about us, it’s about them.

3. Healthy Relationships

In order to live a fulfilling life, an important step is to cultivate healthy relationships.

Many people feel that they fight so hard for an equilibrium that other people try to destroy.

Does it sound familiar to you?

If you’re on a path of emotional healing it’s not just about yourself… In fact, we are very social creatures. We tend to think, speak, act like the people that are close to us.

Our lives are a direct reflection of the expectations of our peer group. A peer is someone you care about (family, friends, co-workers, …) and that you modify your behaviour in order to gain their respect and love.

The people in your life right now are either holding you down or lifting you up. In other words, if they don’t add to your life they subtract to your life.

Doesn’t make more sense to be around people that lift you up? So, find more amazing people, let them be your guide.

Because the reality is that life is too short to live for other people ideas. Stay around people that respect your identity, your choices, your goals. Stay around people that can help you grow.

This doesn’t mean that you have to hate or fight with family members or unsupportive friends.

You can still love them. Because love and understanding is what makes the world a better place.

However, make sure you don’t modify your behaviour or your true Self in order to gain their respect and love.

Don’t lose your authenticity only to gain respect and love from these people.

Your happiness doesn’t have to depend on other people’s approval. You already need to have love for yourself.

You don’t need external love or respect if this manipulates your true Self.
